The location was unbeatable and comfy, short walk to the Colgate bookstore. Stayed in well-kept room with queen beds.

Liked the location, it was amazing and comfy short walk to the equally rustic and charming restaurant, and the Center of Hamilton. Dined at Royal India Grill, it was not too far away from the venue. My room was neat, had hypo-allergenic pillows.

Small hotel in a beautiful area near to coffee shops, restaurants, the Colgate bookstore, and stores. Very-very nice staff, quick check-in and cozy bar. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spacious room with central heating, TV, and a coffee machine. A wide range of food in the property, rustic restaurant.

This distinctive and upscale hotel occupies a historic building in the classic style. Compact, reasonably spacious room complete with the bar and the queen bed, as for instance. It offers an excellent rustic restaurant and has very-very nice and incredibly welcoming staff.

The location is comfy, adjacent to charming restaurant, the Colgate bookstore, the village green, stores, and restaurants, and a beautiful area of Hamilton - could n't be better. My must haves' are a compact, neat room with queen beds and the bar, as example.

The spacious and gorgeous room I stayed in exceeded my expectations. The prompt room service, delicious food, and the beautiful colonial-style bars added to the overall fantastic experience. Located in the heart of town, with free parking, this hotel is definitely a hidden gem in Upstate New York. I highly recommend Colgate Inn for a memorable stay.

Lovely hotel convenient to Colgate University

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel near Colgate University. From the moment I walked into the beautifully appointed lobby, I felt welcomed and pampered. The complimentary champagne and homemade apple fritters were a delightful touch. The amenities in the room, including the bottles of water, were greatly appreciated.

While the room was beautiful, I must admit that it was a bit small for my family of four. However, this was a minor drawback compared to the overall fantastic experience I had at this hotel.

stayed in hamilton before and loved it, but this time colgate inn was even better! easy check-in, great room, and awesome location. walking distance to everything. loved the balcony view and morning workout on the deck. exceeded expectations!
