Buffet Option # 2 - $21.95 per person

Buffet includes: One entree from the following selections, served a tossed salad and dressings, steamed vegetables, a chef select starch, rolls and butter. In addition, a Tri-colored pasta tossed with house made pesto sauce and artchoke hearts.

Sliced Top Round of Beef with mushroom demi glace

Cornish Game Hens stuffed with wild rice and herb jus (one hen per person)

Pan Fried Chicken breast with saffron cream sauce

Braised Duck, quartered and mixed with root vegetable and cranberry demi glace

Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with cider glace

Sun dried Tomato Risotto

Oven roasted ratatouille, served with asiago cheese polenta

Roasted Vegetables and cous cous stuffed peppers with black bean sauce
